How far in advance should I book a tee time?
We recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends and during peak season, to secure your preferred time.
What are the best times of day to play?
Morning tee times typically offer the best pace of play, while afternoon and twilight rounds can provide a more relaxed experience.
Do you accommodate groups or outings?
Yes. Sultan’s Run offers group booking options and full outing packages for corporate events, tournaments, and more.
Can I modify or cancel my tee time?
Please contact the pro shop directly for assistance with changes or cancellations.
What is the no-show policy?
A No-Show Fee will be charged for any booked and unused or uncancelled tee times.
Tee times must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. The No-Show Fee is equal to the rate for the tee time.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, and alcohol?
No. Sultan’s Run is a full-service, licensed facility. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, and personal coolers are prohibited. Anyone carrying outside alcohol onto the premises will be required to leave without a refund.
In accordance with Indiana State Law IC 7.1-5-8-5, it is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to knowingly carry onto, convey to, or consume on or about the licensed premises of the permittee any alcoholic beverage that was not purchased from the permittee, Sultan’s Run.
