No-Show Policy
*No-show fee is the rate for the tee time. It will be charged for any booked and unused/uncancelled tee times. Cancellation must occur 24 hours in advance of the tee time. Patrons with a past “No-Show” on their account must pay in advance when making future tee times.
Golf Cart Policy
All published rates apply to players who walk or ride. We do not offer discounts for players who walk.
Anyone wanting to rent a cart must be a licensed driver and must sign a cart liability form at the time of rental.
Please use bag drop. Unless you are a Sultan’s Run Passholder, you may not take your golf cart to the parking lot until you are finished for the day.
Food & Beverage Policy
Per Indiana State Law IC 7.1-5-8-5, it is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to knowingly carry on, convey to or consume on or about the licensed premises of the permittee any alcoholic beverage that was not purchased from the permittee, Sultan’s Run Golf Club.
A Class C Misdemeanor is punishable by up to 60 days in jail and a $500.00 fine!
All alcohol consumed here must be purchased here.
We are a full-service facility, complete with a bar & grill. You may not carry your own food or beverage or cups into our clubhouse. Your food and beverage purchases are an important part of our business.
Anyone caarrying alcohol onto this premises will be required to leave without refund.
Dress Code
Appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times. Sultan’s Run reserves the right to deny service to any person not complying with the dress code.
The following clothing items are prohibited on the course: jeans, tee shirts, muscle shirts, tank tops, cut-offs, torn or tattered clothing, athletic or gym shorts, sweat pants, swim trunks, or any shorts without a pocket.
In the interest of protecting the course, metal spikes are prohibited!
Golf Pass
Quantities are limited and are sold on a first-come first-served basis.
