FAQs



Q: How do I buy tickets?

A: Tickets can be purchased three ways. You can buy tickets online by visiting our website. You can buy tickets at the Sultan’s Run pro shop until close of business Sunday, June 25th. You can buy tickets at the gate on the day of play. If you want to buy at the gate, simply get on the shuttle at Jasper High School, and buy your ticket when you arrive at the event.


Q: How much are tickets?

A: General admission tickets are $15 each or $40 for a 3-Day ticket. Children 15 and under are free with a paid adult. General admission parking is FREE!


Q: Are there any discount ticket packages?

A: Yes, a three-day ticket covering Thursday, Friday and Saturday Tournament rounds may be purchased for $40. Purchasers of the three-day Tournament tickets also receive a Monday – Wednesday ticket at no extra cost. This is a $60 value for the price of $40.


Q: Can I watch practice rounds or the ProAm?

A: Yes, a $15 Practice Round ticket, good for grounds access Monday through Wednesday, may be purchased at the Sultan’s Run Pro Shop until June 25th. You may also purchase them online from the ticket section above.


Q: Are there any ticketing fees?

A: There is a ticket service fee applied for tickets purchased online.


Q: What time does the spectator gate open?

A: Monday – Wednesday, the spectator gate opens at 7:00 AM. Thursday – Saturday, the spectator gate opens at 6:30.


Q: Are there bleachers or seating areas?

A: There are not bleachers or seating on the course. There is limited seating available at the food court. Spectators may carry in one bag chair or seat cushion per person. The bag will be searched prior to boarding the shuttle bus. Please have the chair out of the bag prior to reaching the bus boarding area. Seat cushions will also be sold at the admissions tent while supplies last.


Q: Is wheelchair transportation available?

A: Wheelchair transportation is not available. However, those in wheelchairs may access the grounds BY MAKING ADVANCED ARRANGEMENTS with Sultan’s Run. Please call the Pro Shop prior to June 25 to make arrangements.


Q: How many players are in the field?

A: The field size is 74 players, which includes two sponsor exemptions and two local qualifiers.


Q: Will the field be cut?

A: This is a no-cut tournament. 


Q: How much is the purse?

A: The total purse is $400,000. The winner’s share is $60,000.


Q: Is there a local qualifier?

A: Yes, the local qualifier will be held at Sultan’s Run Golf Club beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 25, 2023.


Q: Can I watch the qualifier?

A: Yes, a $15 Practice Round ticket, good for grounds access Monday through Wednesday, may be purchased at the Sultan’s Run Pro Shop until June 25th. You may also purchase this ticket online in the above ticket section.

Q: Can I bring in a camera?

A: Media credentials are required for photography and video equipment. All bags will be searched prior to boarding the shuttle bus. TOUR is and will be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) all images, sounds and data (including without limitation the scoring and player performance data) and information and statistical data generated from the Competition in digital, paper (including without limitation scorecards) or any other format now existing or created hereafter) captured, collected, digitalized, documented, filmed, photographed, recorded in any format now existing or created hereafter (“Recordings) generated, captured or created on or during Tournament Week or otherwise in connection with the Tournament, regardless of who captures or creates such Recordings, and includes without limitation, all Recordings of the on-course Competition, interviews, engagement activities, activities ancillary to the Competition, and any other Recordings captured inside, outside or around the Course during Tournament Week and any adaptations, modifications, alterations, edits or creative works to, and of Recordings, copyrightable or otherwise, collectively “Tournament Footage” in perpetuity throughout the universe.


Q: Are cell phones allowed?

A: Yes, cell phones are allowed, but they must be on silent at all times. Please follow etiquette and do not use your cell phone while on the course or near practice areas.


Q: Can I take pictures or video with my cell phone?

A: Yes, you may take pictures or video with your cell phone. However, TOUR is and will be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) all images, sounds and data (including without limitation the scoring and player performance data) and information and statistical data generated from the Competition in digital, paper (including without limitation scorecards) or any other format now existing or created hereafter) captured, collected, digitalized, documented, filmed, photographed, recorded in any format now existing or created hereafter (“Recordings) generated, captured or created on or during Tournament Week or otherwise in connection with the Tournament, regardless of who captures or creates such Recordings, and includes without limitation, all Recordings of the on-course Competition, interviews, engagement activities, activities ancillary to the Competition, and any other Recordings captured inside, outside or around the Course during Tournament Week and any adaptations, modifications, alterations, edits or creative works to, and of Recordings, copyrightable or otherwise, collectively “Tournament Footage” in perpetuity throughout the universe.


Q: Can I bring in my own food and beverage?

A: No. Outside food and beverage is prohibited. All bags will be searched prior to boarding the shuttle bus.


Q: What kind of refreshments are available?

A: There are three on-course refreshment stands selling snacks plus non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. There is also a conveniently-located food court near the admissions tent selling a variety of food and beverage options.


Q: Will alcoholic beverages be sold?

A: Yes, alcoholic beverages will be sold. Those wishing to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages must first show proof of age with a valid ID. They will receive a wrist band to wear allowing them to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.  The ID check tent is located adjacent to the admissions tent.

A: ProAm Parking is located at the Northeast Corner of East 14th Street and Royal Street, Masterbrand lot. Board the complimentary shuttle there.


Q: I’m participating in the Ladies Clinic. Where do I park?

A: Clinic parking is at Jasper High School, 1600 St. Charles Street, Jasper, IN 47546. Board the complimentary shuttle there.

 

Q: My child is participating in the Youth Clinic. Where do I park?

A: Clinic parking is at Jasper High School, 1600 St. Charles Street, Jasper, IN 47546. Board the complimentary shuttle there. Parent / guardian should accompany the child and stay on grounds until the clinic is complete. You may watch the clinic from the spectator area.


Q: How do I buy merchandise?

A: Tournament and Sultan’s Run merchandise is available in the merchandise tent or in the Pro Shop while supplies last.
