Making your own pizza from scratch may seem like a daunting task, but it can be simpler than you think, and doing so can give you the opportunity to choose your own ingredients to make a wholesome and filling family dinner. If you like to avoid processed foods and unhealthy ingredients in your diet, making your own pizza could be a staple go-to weekly meal, and the whole family can pitch in. Learn about some of the techniques Chef Phil has developed over his years of making pizza personally and professionally, and some of his philosophy on using organic and natural ingredients.
